Designing Adaptive Multiple Dependent State Sampling Plan for Accelerated Life Tests

نویسندگان

چکیده

A novel adaptive multiple dependent state sampling plan (AMDSSP) was designed to inspect products from a continuous manufacturing process under the accelerated life test (ALT) using both double (DSP) and (MDSSP) concepts. Under conditions, lifetime of product follows Weibull distribution with known shape parameter, while scale parameter can be determined acceleration factor (AF). The Arrhenius model is used estimate AF when damaging temperature-sensitive. An economic design proposed also considered for ALT. genetic algorithm nonlinear optimization optimal parameters minimize average sample number (ASN) total cost inspection (TC) producer’s consumer’s risks. Numerical results are presented support AMDSSP ALT, performance comparisons between AMDSSP, MDSSP single (SSP) ALT discussed. Results indicated that more flexible efficient ASN TC than SSP plans conditions. had higher operating characteristic (OC) curve existing plans. Two real datasets electronic devices at high temperatures demonstrated practicality usefulness plan.

OPTIMUM GENERALIZED COMPOUND LINEAR PLAN FOR MULTIPLE-STEP STEP-STRESS ACCELERATED LIFE TESTS

In this paper, we consider an  i.e., multiple step-stress accelerated life testing (ALT) experiment with unequal duration of time . It is assumed that the time to failure of a product follows Rayleigh distribution with a log-linear relationship between stress and lifetime and also we assume a generalized Khamis-Higgins model for the effect of changing stress levels. Taking into account that the...

Designing a multiple dependent state sampling plan based on the coefficient of variation

A multiple dependent state (MDS) sampling plan is developed based on the coefficient of variation of the quality characteristic which follows a normal distribution with unknown mean and variance. The optimal plan parameters of the proposed plan are solved by a nonlinear optimization model, which satisfies the given producer's risk and consumer's risk at the same time and minimizes the sample si...

The effects of misclassification errors on multiple deferred state attribute sampling plan

Multiple deferred state (MDS) sampling plan by attribute in which current lot and future lots information is utilised on sentencing submitted lot, is constructed under the assumption of perfect inspection. But sometimes the inspection may not be free of inspection errors. In this paper, we develop MDS-plan by attribute to the state where misclassification errors exist during the inspection. In ...

Failure Process Modeling with Censored Data in Accelerated Life Tests

Manufacturers need to evaluate the reliability of their products in order to increase the customer satisfaction. Proper analysis of reliability also requires an effective study of the failure process of a product, especially its failure time. So, the Failure Process Modeling (FPM) plays a key role in the reliability analysis of the system that has been less focused on. This paper introduces a f...
